He comes with 19+ Years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise solutions, process management and project management, expertise spanning across application development, re-engineering and migrations. He has worked with customers in USA, UK, Asia, Australia, Middle East and Kenya, across various Business Verticals - Manufacturing, Health care,Banking & financial instructions, Retail and Services domains.
His core expertise includes End to End consulting, Enterprise Architect, Project Transition and Research and developments, Consulting Experience - Gathering Requirement and Design a solutions, Database rationalization, Business intelligence, Application integration, Process automation , Content management and Enterprise portal collaborations, Identity and access management, Risk Management, Process automation and technical solutions.
Before starting Metaplore, he was the CEO of Interlace.
Balaji is an avid reader of management books and is also involved in his family’s fish farming business.

As President - Delivery Satish Kumar lead’s all Delivery operations of Metaplore Solutions.
Satish Kumar believes that consistent quality delivery to customer is the key to Metaplore’s growth.
He has more than 23+ years of experience in the IT sector. As an entrepreneurial thinker and innovator, he knows how to get things done and he is thrilled by the prospect of working on projects and products that have the potential to change the world. During his career, he has provided solutions for Banking, Manufacturing, Health Care and Insurance Industries. He has a broad range of business and technical experience, coupled with strong analytical capabilities, and good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
He has experience with many facets of Retail Lending, Corporate Lending, Financial Accounting, Inventory Control, Payroll, Human Resource, Production & Planning, Sales, Purchase, and Hospital Management System. He possesses diverse skills in Program Management, Project management, Analysis, Design and Quality Management.
Before Metaplore, Satish Kumar was Associate Vice President at Nucleus Software Exports Ltd managing the Chennai Business Unit. Before this he has worked with Janus TeamWare, Calysis Technologies and Namaste Exports Limited. He has vast experience working in the ASEAN region.
Satish Kumar’s interest includes Tennis, Snooker, Reading and Adventure sports.
Over 25 Years of experience in sales , managing sales teams across various geographies, covering Direct Sale, channel management, Closing deals by reinforcing the business value of solutions, services and support, and acting as an interface between customers, partners/Services and Support & Contribute to organization’s objective of growing share ahead of the competition. He had developed country wide coverage plans, executed against the plan, and consistently delivered on team's revenue targets in a highly competitive environment. He has wide experience in in IT & Non IT Businesses.
At Sify he was instrumental in spear heading the foray into solutions sales from a pure ISP and built a strong team selling solutions in the Supply chain space using the Sify Internet backbone through a SAAS model when the actual model was non-existent with large corporates across various industry segments.
At Microsoft he created business model for the Microsoft Dynamics to be sold to the SMB space and breaking the barrier created by standard accounting softwares.He was also responsible for sourcing and on boarding new partners.
Raj has over 17 plus years of experience in varied roles of product development, consulting, project management & consulting, partner/channel enablement and sales of business Applications. He carries good experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Selling, Customer / Partner Relationships, Business Planning, GTM strategies with result oriented focus. He had worked with organizations like Navision A/S and Microsoft Corporation.
Initial part of his career was focused on building and implementing solutions on various technologies and then he was instrumental in designing and planning the India tax engine as part of the product development for Microsoft Business Applications (now Microsoft Dynamics), building Add-on Solutions, Architecting and helping partners for vertical development and supporting customer implementations.
He has run the partner/channel enablement at Microsoft and was responsible for creating a self-sufficient partner organization for Microsoft. His Key agenda is to build and scale competency levels of channel/partner organizations in lead generation, solution sales, project management, and service delivery. He worked closely with the large enterprises like HCL, PWC, Wipro, TCS and scaled other mid-sized partner organizations for the Microsoft Dynamics practice by closely working with the BU heads and practice heads.
Again at Microsoft, as part of the strategic sales unit he was instrumental in very large enterprise solution wins for Microsoft Dynamics in varied industry segments competing against the industry leaders like SAP, Oracle & SFDC. As part of this he was working closely with the line of Business decision-makers (Presidents, COOs, EVPs of Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, etc.) by creating compelling business value propositions and how they can further help meet customer business pains and opportunities. He worked across various industries and also carries industry knowledge across segments like Insurance, IT/IT Services, Manufacturing and Government Entities.
