It was a moment of joy and bliss spread all over the ballroom of Hotel Ambica Empire where our Metaplore’s 3rd anniversary was held. It was a colourful evening where all the dignitaries, well-wishers and employees of Metaplore sat down together to share their happiness on the auspicious day. The grand function was started with a welcome note by Mr. G. Krishnamoorthy who drives the organization’s sales strategy. He welcomed all the persons gathered there to congratulate Metaplore on its 3 rd anniversary. Making the welcome note as informal as possible making the audience to feel in a very comfortable environment. After that came our Metaplore’s CEO Mr. Balaji to deliver his key note address and to show the insights of the organization over the past years. The statistics in the presentation showed the growth of the company and the smile in Balaji’s face showed the joy of achieving those wonderful heights. Yet, he insisted on gaining more achievements than the recorded one. Yes! He is a kind of person who breaks his own records in terms of organization’s growth every year. The speech he gave boosted the senior employees and quenched the thirst of young Metaplorians to perform even better in their future endeavours. Even though the time he took is very less, the words were so sharp to penetrate every brain sat over there. Followed by the key note address, Mr. Eshwar gave thought provoking ideas on, “Path to Financial Abundance” explaining how saving plays a vital role in determining a man’s life. The short film he showed inspired the entire audience that saving is an essential part of life. Quoting Buffet’s “If you buy things you don’t need, soon you will have to sell things you need.” What an apt quote to quote on the growth meeting. After the words of him, everyone was left to think what they had saved so far. Definitely it touched everyone’s heart that they have to start saving if they haven’t started. Then, it was Mr.GK who took the dais. He started with all the funny videos but yet he proved those are not just videos, they were the exact mirror of everyone’s life at their first job. It kindled the spirit of all the eyes present in the hall. It exactly reflected the things what everyone would have done when they were as a fresher. Those hilarious moments will never return. At last inculcation of the principles of being a better employee at Metaplore along with the “Conquest of Paradise” music made everyone so aspiring to work with Metaplore. Now it’s the time for Mr. Venki to showcase and share a few words on “IT Security”. He started with “Every device which has an IP address is vulnerable” made the entire day. Mr. Vasu took the stage to share his views and expertise on IT Governance. Mr. Vasu explained that Metaplore is one among the very few organization to practise and deliver IT Governance in the Chennai market.
